Williams Inn 50th Reunion Room Block
There is a block of 40 rooms set aside for our class in the Williams Inn, located at the base of Spring Street.
Rooms in the block are available from Wednesday, June 9, to Sunday, June 13, at $409/night for standard rooms. There is a one-room limit for each reservation (whether the reservation is for a single 1977 alum or for coupled 1977 alumni.)
Please note that there is a two-night minimum for Williams Inn reservations on reunion weekend. Cancellations must occur by seven days before arrival to avoid incurring a charge equal to one night's rate.
To make a reservation online, please use THIS CUSTOM LINK to ensure the room block rate. Alternatively, to reserve a room by phone, please call the Inn at 413-458-9371. If you do telephone, you must mention the code “Williams Class of 1977 50th Reunion” to ensure the room block rate.
Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made directly with the hotel. The release date for unreserved rooms in the block is April 1, 2027, but it would be most surprising if the block does not sell out much earlier. When that happens, the hotel will maintain a waiting list.

Campus Accommodations
Our 50th Reunion headquarters will be Horn Hall, a short walk from the '62 Center, where our class tent will be set up. There will be 60 twin beds available to class members and spouses for the weekend (Thursday afternoon, June 10, through Sunday morning, June 13) on two floors, with six communal bathrooms on each floor. (Note: all beds are single beds and there is no air conditioning in Horn Hall - or any residence hall). While the rate has not been finalized, in recent years the fee has been in the range of $100/bed for the three-night stay. If you are interested in staying in Horn Hall, please complete the DORM ACCOMODATION INTERESTED LIST FORM and you will be put on the 50th Reunion Dorm Bed Interested List.
Please keep in mind: While adding your name to the interested list right now holds a room, it is not a reservation; attendees must reserve a dorm room when they register for the reunion in the spring. If we need overflow space in another residence hall, it will be identified a few weeks prior to Reunion Weekend, depending on where other reunion classes still have open space. If you have questions or accessibility needs, please contact 50th.Reunion@williams.edu as soon as possible.
I encourage you to lock in your reunion housing plans now. Our 50th is for every member of our class. That includes those who always come and those who – for whatever reason – have been less connected with the class or the college in recent years. We want you there, because you are one of us.
This is literally a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Reunite with old friends, make new ones, reminisce, laugh (and maybe cry) and have fun in the Purple Valley. We are a special class, and our strength lies in each other. Be there!
Please let me or the college 50th Reunion Office know if you have any questions or run into any issues as you make your plans.
Also, as I mentioned in a previous message, confidential and discreet financial assistance is available to reunion attendees who need it. If at all possible, we do not want financial issues to be a bar to a classmate's attendance. Please contact the 50th Reunion Office if you wish to discuss your situation.
I look forward to seeing you on campus next June!
